Introducing a tool, written by a former teacher, to help educators cultivate the life and career they deserve. Throughout a six-month journey, educators are presented with 225 opportunities to refuel their physical, mental, and emotional health at school and home.
HOW IT WORKS

Weeks explore all 12 Whole Teacher categories: stress, nutrition, joy, movement, social life, creativity, rest, finances, mindset, environment, relationships, & teaching.
2. Intros Establish The Why
Every week includes an inspirational introduction that establishes why every week's opportunities matter specifically for educators.
3. Intentional Weekly Process
Mondays offer high-mileage questions while the remainder of the week provides strategies to try out at school and at home.
